2 pieces of brand new, never used old stock parts.
The parts you get are high quality Sprague 192P .001uf 200 volt capacitor and Allen Bradley 1/2 watt 150k carbon composition resistor.
Resistor and capacitor wired in parallel as a treble bleed circuit.
Circuit works best with 500k ohm volume pots and humbucker pickups.
A 150k ohm 1/2 watt resistor is used to change the value of the pot.
It makes the pickup "think" that there's a 300k ohm volume control....many humbuckers like this!
Gives the volume control the best taper for a humbucker pickup while the capacitor retains the high
frequencies throughout the taper or sweep of the volume control.
Parallels on the input pin 1 and output pin 2 of the pot.
