These affordable capacitors are great for replacement on electric guitars, where space is an issue in the control cavity.
As a guide the 0.047uF is standard for 250k Pots, as used in Stratocasters & Telecasters, or any single coil pickup.
Whereas 0.022uF are used for guitars fitted with 500k Pots, such Gibson Les Paul, SG's fitted with Humbucker Pickups
