This Emerson Custom 0.047 Tone Capacitor is engineered to give you the same performance as the legendary tone caps in great vintage guitars. Emerson Custom capacitors are constructed from the finest materials and come in a guitar- and bass-friendly size of 0.875" long by 0.40" in diameter. They are the only new mil spec capacitors being made in the US, and each one is accurate within a 10% tolerance. The hermetically sealed metal tubular case with sealed glass ends uses true vintage kraft paper in oil construction to provide optimal tone. Internally all Emerson Custom capacitors are the same, only differentiated by the external graphics and the capacitance value.
