New with tag for Halloween is a cat Spiderweb Ruff.  It is black with a satin overlay.  It fastens with a hook & loop tab.  There is a plush spider with felt legs attached to the ruff with a tag barb.  It has an elastic with a cinch slide.  I believe this goes on the cat's head headpiece.   If your cat isn't likely to appreciate that, I would imagine it could be left on the web if you prefer.  The retail on the tag is .99.
