US Army 1918 Daily Report Aberdeen Proving Ground Maryland WWI Horse Flashlights

This is an actual report from the Officer of the Day at the US Army Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland.
Dated June 25,1918, while the US was still involved in WWI.
Nothing exciting in the report. A horse with tetanus was shot, and guards needed "electric flash lamps" recognize parties that approached them.
Found in a box of military items purchased at a Los Angeles Estate Sale.
Condition as seen in the pictures.  Blank envelope.
