    Description

An original World War One related letter. At the top it mentions Belgian War Office Le Havre France. In one area it looks like it says,......The troops are moving now towards Germany and it means a lot of work for us............You can not realize how glad we were when we heard about the German surrendering. they have been compelled to comply with our terms and it is only justice. Now we shall dictate our peace terms and Allies are waiting President Wilson for discussing them.............
The letter has some wear and stain marks in areas.
