WWI US 40/8 Well Wishes and Membership Cards, Hawaii?! 33rd Division

Neat 40 and 8 survival piece.  Per the membership card, these belonged to Leo R Burton, from East St Louis Illinois, who was a Supply Sgt in the 124th Field Artillery, 33rd Division.  Looks like he was living in Hawaii during WWII (perhaps joined back up?)  Both items have a different Voiture (car/location?) so perhaps from different locations.  As both came together I'm sure they both belonged to Burton.
The get well card is pretty neat, have never seen something like this!  He must have been in the hospital at the time.  Looks like he died in Arkansas in the 80s, so must have recovered to live a fairly long life.
No condition issues with either piece as seen.
